Getting started

Do I need a free consultation before booking therapy?

No. A free 20-minute consultation is available if you want to ask questions or see whether the fit feels right. If you already feel ready, you can book a first 50-minute therapy session directly.

What happens in a first therapy session?

Your first session is a chance to talk about what brought you in, what has been difficult, and what you hope will change. Jaimee will ask questions, listen for patterns, and work with you on a direction that feels practical and manageable.

How much does a session cost?

A 50-minute individual virtual therapy session costs $179. A receipt is provided after payment and includes Jaimee’s clinical supervisor’s credentials for insurance claims while Jaimee is qualifying.

How do I book?

Booking happens through the Jane App at greenergrasstherapy.janeapp.com. The waitlist is open now, and you can choose either a free 20-minute consultation or a first 50-minute therapy session. If you have questions before booking, email admin@greenergrasstherapy.ca.
